At Lucky Me23, we want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should you wish to return a product, the following rules apply.


Returns in Switzerland (CH)

Right of withdrawal:
We voluntarily allow you to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:
The products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include a delivery note or order confirmation.

Return shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending the shipment with tracking.

Refund:
After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price less shipping costs within 14 days to the originally used payment method.


Returns in Germany / EU (DE/EU)

Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer in Germany/EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please return the goods to us within this period to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions:
Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include the delivery note or a copy of the invoice.

Return shipping costs:
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for the initial delivery will only be refunded in the case of a complete cancellation.
